East Hanney Parish Council does not own any public buildings.

It owns the eastern part of the Memorial Ground and leases the northern part, including the cricket nets and children's play area.

The Council owns 7 further plots of land across the village:

  1. A small green area on the eastern bank of Letcombe Brook, right next to the Iron Bridge.
  2. A small green area in front of Kings Farm Cottage on Ebbs Lane.
  3. A larger area of land on Ebbs Lane close to the new houses behind Kings Farm Cottage.
  4. 'Church Green', the land at the junction of Snuggs Lane and Main Street.
  5. The green areas of The Green.
  6. Holmes Garden at the end of Main Street.
  7. Warren House, the small industrial estate on the A338.

Around the Town are a number of items which are owned and maintained by the Council and include the emergency store and both bus shelters.

The Council also, under contract from the Contract from the County Council, cuts the highway verges throughout the village.
